Ruggeri’s Dry is produced a few kilometers from Valdobbiadene, where Glera grapes reach their best ripening stage, thus allowing the production of a wine with a sugar residue of 30 grams per liter (1 oz per 34 fl oz). The freshness and softness of this prosecco are accentuated by the floral notes of the wisteria flowers and the fruity notes of the Golden apple, the latter of which is much more persistent towards the end. The effervescence is reduced but persistent. The best combination is with desserts or cheese courses at the end of a meal.
