The “Giustino B.” prosecco is the result of careful selection and care, from the vineyard to the bottle. The wine is named after Giustino Bisol, the founder of the winery, and represents the highest expression of the desire to create a product that is the symbol of its denomination. The effervescence is fine and dense, while the nose smells a bouquet with fruity notes of white pulp fruit, with a peculiar vanilla tone and a slight yeast flavor. The soft balance of this wine gives the palate a sensation of pleasantness lasting until a clean closure.
It is an excellent choice both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to appetizers of cured meats and goat cheese.
