Nobile Poliziano is a wine produced with the utmost care in order to express at the most the authentic character of Tuscany and the connection to tradition. It is a structured wine with intense aromas of sour cherries, cocoa and vanilla as well as a floral note of rose. It has a lingering and decisive taste on the palate, leaving toasty notes at the end. It’s perfect together with typical Tuscan dishes, especially game sauce.
