Acetaia Malagoli Piccolo Paradiso – Invecchiato Affinato
Ingredients: summer truffle, EVO oil, salt, pepper, flavoring.
The summer truffle, after having been cleaned and boiled, is cut into carpaccio and put in brine, in its own cooking water, to preserve the flavor of the product. No preservatives or artificial flavorings are added. The truffle carpaccio is versatile: it is ideal for enriching canapés, pizzas or salads, but also to give a strong taste to pasta sauces, risottos as well as meat dishes.
Ingredients: wildflower honey, dried black summer truffle (3%), flavoring.
In truffle-flavored honey the delicate sweetness of acacia honey meets the intense aroma of black truffle, so as to obtain an excellent product to be combined with both soft and semi-ripened cheese.
Ingredients: summer truffle 85%, EVO oil, salt, pepper, flavorings.
This is a cream that enhances the taste and fragrance of the black truffle, thanks to the selection of raw material coming from the renowned Orcia Valley. The truffles are processed with extra virgin olive oil to ensure a high-quality product. The truffle cream can be used in different ways: as a pasta sauce, as a dressing for bruschetta or sandwiches, but also combined with other ingredients to prepare sauces.
Ingredients: Guérande grey salt, dried black summer truffle 2%, flavoring.
A fine salt like the Guérande one is harvested by hand and with care, by means of wooden tools to prevent any alterations of its quality. The addition of summer truffle shavings makes of this salt an extremely fragrant delicacy, which is a perfect combination with pasta, meat and vegetables, since it enriches every dish with its fine taste.
