Bottle Il Macchione wine

ORCIA ROSSO D.O.C – As CDO red wine produced in our farm’s vineyard, after which it is named, “Macchione” consists exclusively of Sangiovese grapes. The particular exposure combined to the stony and limestone soil make it a strong and genuine wine, as befits the Tuscan rural tradition. This wine is harvested at the beginning of October and vinified in steel tanks, so it matures for another 6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

It is particularly suitable for traditional Tuscan dishes.
