The Asinone wine represents at best the potential of the grapes produced in the vineyards owned by Poliziano. The unmistakable notes of red fruits, accompanied by the sweeter ones of vanilla and cocoa and a hint of tobacco allow room for the more lingering fruity notes towards the end. This wine is suitable for all the courses, but gives its best with stewed meat and wild boar.
