We LOVED the experience that we had today with Francesco. We learned about the process of making olive oil and how to know what makes a high quality oil. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Especially if you’re like me and love olive oil! ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Truffle Hunting Experience! ​We had an incredible time with this truffle hunting activity! The price was very fair and reasonable for such a high-quality experience. ​Our hunter, Paolo, was extremely friendly and professional. He literally cleared the path for us through the woods ("披荆斩棘") and shared so much fascinating knowledge about truffles and how the amazing truffle dogs work. ​The owner of the farm (Fattoria) was a true gentleman and so welcoming—he kindly provided us with refreshing water and delicious truffle tastings afterward. Una piccola tappa culinaria lontana dalla confusione del borgo, immersa nei saliscendi rilassanti delle colline della valle. Ci siamo concessi una piacevole degustazione di salumi e formaggi tipici, accompagnati da bruschette condite con il loro straordinario olio. La conversazione con i titolari, competenti e appassionati, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più autentica. Una vera chicca: l’oliva ricoperta di cioccolato fondente. My wife and I had the most wonderful time at il Macchione and Frantoio Fregoli.  I never dreamed I would one day stay at working olive farm!  The food was over-the-top and the accommodations surpassed my Italian-American's fantasy of what Italy would be like.  Timeless and gorgeous!!

We had a great experience - a tour and what was called a "light lunch." The tour was so interesting and the lunch was a full four courses and was delicious! Highly highly recommend!
